Cancellation & Refund Policy
Accounts can be cancelled at any time by written notice faxed, e-mailed or mailed certified mail

provided. However, you will
remain liable for all charges accrued up to that time, including full monthly
charges for the month for which you discontinued service.
Refunds are given up to 30 days after a subscription is ordered and
exclude issues received. No refund after 30 days for print or online versions.
What personal information is collected from customers as part of the registration process?
The Daily Record collects the domain name of e-mail addresses (when possible) of users who access our website; the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via-email; aggregate information regarding which pages consumers access or visit; and information volunteered by the consumer such as survey information, requests for information and/or site registrations.
What personal information is collected about the individuals included in our searchable public record databases?
Personally identifiable information is gathered from public records provided by state, county and municipal governments. This information may include name, date of birth, race, sex, social security numbers, addresses and criminal record information.

Personal information collected from our customers is used to improve the content of our web site; to notify consumers about updates to the web site; and to notify users about problems with their request.
