Bryant and Benton gearing up for big events

While the (bottle) rockets’ red glare was shut down during the Fourth of July celebration due a ban because of the extremely dry conditions, citizens of Bryant will have another chance to see the fireworks display at the 25th annual Fall Fest.

Fall Fest

The schedule of events are as follows:

7-11 a.m. – Pancake Breakfast at the Senior Adult Center

10 a.m. – Parade and Festival begin

11 a.m. Duct Tape Boat Race

There will be entertainment on the stage and contests throughout the day.

There will also be arts and crafts booths.

According to the Bryant Area Chamber of Commerce’s Web site, kids will enjoy everything from the KidZland, including a bounce house, bubbles, spray chalk, slides and other items.

Anyone wishing to volunteer at Fall Fest is encouraged to call the Bryant Chamber at (501) 847-4702.
