Herrod and for her Motion to Quiet Title states as follows: 1. That the legal title owner to the above described properly was Francis Clark Thorne. 2. That Francis Clark Thorne passed away on January 5, 2012. 3. That Francis is Clark Thorne's estate was not probated. 4.That Joyce Thorne is the only heir at law to the estate of Francis Clark Thorne. 5. That the Plaintiff requests as the sole heir that she the titled be quieted in her name.
