Notice of Request for Qualifications for Legal Services West Pulaski Public Water Authority (WPPWA) is applying for funds through ANRC and/or USDA-RD for funding to build water lines that will connect to the Paron-Owensville Water Authority line at the Pulaski/Saline County line east to the western end of the Central Arkansas Water facilities located at the intersection of Burlingame and Stewart Roads in Little Rock, Arkansas. WPPWA is interested in acquiring the services of an attorney or legal firm to provide services for the above referenced project. Procedures for selection will be in accordance with all Federal and State procurement requirements. All responses will be evaluated in terms of specialized experience and technical competence; performance; capacity and capability of the firm/individual to perform work; and proximity to and familiarity with the project area. Negotiations will begin with the respondent obtaining the highest total score in the evaluation process. The terms of any contract for professional services awarded in conjunction with RFQ is subject to approval of funding. WPPWA shall not be liable for any cost incurred by individuals or firms submitting qualifications. WPPWA reserves the right to reject any and all submittals and select the respondent deemed to best serve the interests of POWA.
