ORDINANCE NO. 21,690 AN ORDINANCE RECLASSIFYING PROPERTY LOCATED IN THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AMENDING THE OFFICIAL ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS; AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS. Section 1. That the zone classification of the following property be and is hereby changed as indicated: Z-9380: Described as lands lying in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19 of said Township 1 South, North 86 degrees 59 minutes 52 seconds West 740.49 feet; thence North 43 degrees 59 minutes 16 seconds West 345.76 feet to a found axel on the south right-of-way of 4th Street; thence along said right-of-way North 45 degrees 05 minutes 23 seconds East 745.26 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way South 43 degrees 17 minutes 23 second East 676.22 feet; thence South 02 degrees 06 minutes 48 seconds West 321.70 feet to the point of beginning containing 11.441 acres, more or less. LESS AND EXCEPT Lands lying in the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 18, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, Pulaski County, Arkansas more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Corner of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 19 of said Township 1 South, North 86 degrees 59 minutes 52 seconds West 740.409 feet; thence North 43 degrees 59 minutes 16 seconds West 345.76 feet to a found axel on the south right-of-way of 4th Street which is also the point of beginning 100.02 feet; thence leaving said right-of-way South 45 degrees 15 minutes 01 seconds East 141.99 feet; thence South 44 degrees 49 minutes 43 seconds West 103.31 feet; thence North 43 degrees 59 minutes 16 seconds West 142.50 feet to the point of beginning containing 0.332 acres more or less: From R-2, Single-Family District, to AF, Agricultural and Forestry District. (15123 Alexander Road) Section 2. That the map referred to in Chapter 36 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock and Designated District Map be and is hereby amended to the extent and in the respects necessary to affect and designate the change provided for in Section 1 hereof. Section 3. Severability. In the event any title, section, paragraph, item, sentence, clause, phrase, or word of this ordinance is declared or adjudged to be invalid or unconstitutional, such declaration or adjudication shall not affect the remaining portions of the ordinance which shall remain in full force and effect as if the portion so declared or adjudged invalid or unconstitutional was not originally a part of the ordinance. Section 4. Repealer. All laws, ordinances, resolutions, or parts of the same that are inconsistent with the provisions of this ordinance are hereby repealed to the extent of such inconsistency.
