IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF SALINE COUNTY, ARKANSAS PROBATE DIVISION IN THE MATTER OF THE ESTATE OF JAMES BRENT GULLETT, DECEASED NO. 63PR-19-328-4 AFFIDAVIT OF COLLECTION OF SMALL ESTATE Anna Cash, for the purpose of dispensing with administration of the Estate of James Brent Gullett, Deceased, states on oath: 1. The Decedent, James Brent Gullett, who resided in Saline County, Arkansas, died on or about the 13th day of December, 2017. No petition for the appointment of a personal representative for Decedent's estate is pending or has been granted. 2. More than forty-five (45) days have elapsed since the death of the Decedent. 3. The value, less encumbrances, of all property owned by the Decedent at the time of death, excluding the homestead of and statutory allowances for the benefit of the widow or minor children, if any, of the Decedent, does not exceed $100,000. 4. There are no unpaid claims or demands against the decedent or the decedent’s estate, and the Department of Human Services furnished no federal or state benefits to the decedent (or, that if such benefits have been furnished, the Department of Human Services has been reimbursed in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations) 5. James Brent Gullett died intestate, all his real and personal property shall be vested in his heir Anna Cash, including, but not limited to the real property described below: EXHIBIT “A” All that part of Lot 6 of the Fractional Southwest Quarter, Section 30, Township 1 South, Range 15 West, Saline County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a 5/8 inch rebar accepted as the Southwest corner of said Lot 6: thence North 04 deg. 24 min. 30 sec. East along the West line thereof 230.41 feet to a one inch steel rod; thence North 89 deg. 57 min. 05 sec. East for 146.73 feet to a one inch steel rod at a fence corner; thence North 02 deg. 09 min. 19 sec, East along said fence 530.88 feet to a rebar and the point of beginning; thence continue North 02 deg. 09 min, 19 sec. East along said fence, crossing over a rebar at 479.00 feet at the end of fence for a total distance of 509.40 feet to the centerline of Arkansas State Highway No. 5 (also known as Highway 70); thence South 74 deg. 45 min. 33 sec. East along the centerline of said Highway 195.67 feet; thence South 05 deg. 39 min. 19 sec. Legal Descriptions attached hereto as Exhibit “A” THEREFORE, the distributee of this estate shall be entitled to distribution of the property identified above, without the necessity of an order of the court or other proceeding, upon furnishing a copy of this Affidavit, certified by the clerk, to any person owing any money, having custody of any property, or acting as registrar or transfer agent of any evidence of interest, indebtedness, property or right of the decedent.
