NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the following applications have been documented for the Little Rock Board of Adjustment in the Board of Directors Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas on February 24, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. Z-4305-E - 2300 Cottondale Lane; Variances are requested from the sign provisions of Section 36-553 to allow a ground sign with increased height and area and decreased setback from property line. Z-5781-A - 1900 N. Jackson Street; A variance is requested from the fence provisions of Section 36-516 to allow a fence which exceeds the maximum height allowed. Z-9497 - 5324 Grandview Street; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 and the building line provisions of Section 31-12 to allow a front stoop addition with a reduced front setback and which crosses a front platted building line. Z-4603-A - 8703 Geyer Springs Road; Variances are requested from the sign provisions of Sections 36-555 and 36-557 to allow two (2) additional awning signs without direct street frontage. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with the Zoning and Code Enforcement Administrator.
