CASE NO.: 63DR-19-563 HEATHER LANE, DEFENDANT NOTICE OF COMMISSIONER’S SALE NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that pursuant to the authority and directions contained in the Agreed Decree of Divorce out of the Circuit Court of Saline County, entered on the 30th day of October, 2019, in a certain cause (63DR-19-563), then pending between Christopher Lane and Heather Lane, the undersigned as Commissioner of said Court, will offer for sale at public venue to the highest bidder, on the 14th day of April, 2020, at 11:00 a.m. at the Saline County Circuit Court House, 200 North Main Street, Benton, Arkansas 72015, the following property, to-wit: MARITAL PROPERTY: One Hundred Percent (100%) ownership of 1401 Stanley Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104 and 1409 Stanley Street, Malvern, Arkansas 72104. TERMS OF SALE: The highest bidder at the auction will be required to pay any funds offered, first toward the real estate taxes currently owed, which total $1,871.47: then reimbursement to Plaintiff of the remaining loan on the property, which totaled $1,365.20, and if there are any funds left, over and above this debt, the parties shall each receive 50% of those net proceeds. Each bidder shall provide an appropriate letter of credit, which must be provided ten (10) days prior to the date of the sale, with the purchaser being required to give cash or its equivalent, or to have a letter documenting approved credit to, at a minimum, refinance the mortgage loan, within 30 days of the date of the sale. Any person wishing to bid on the above-described property shall report to the Commissioner prior to the sale to provide proof of ability to make a valid bid in the form described above.
