NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On December 13, 2018, at 4:00 p.m., in the Board of Directors Chambers of Little Rock City Hall, 500 West Markham Street, pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 and 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on various proposals for the following properties: 1. S-1825 - Simpson Addition Preliminary Plat, located East of Milburn and Dover Streets in the Granite Mountain area. 2. Z-7463-C - Lot 4 Commerce Square Addition Conditional Use Permit, located on the North side of West 65th Street in the 6100 Block. 3. Z-8286-B - 13403 Vimy Ridge Road Short-form PCD, located at 13403 Vimy Ridge Road. 4. Z-9352 - 4616 Asher Avenue Short-form PCD, located at 4616 Asher Avenue. 5. S-1424-I - Sienna Lake Revised Preliminary Plat, located on Benham Lane just south of Marchwood Lane. 6. Z-4470-L - Lot 3 Chenal Parkway Centre Short-form PCD, located at 15112 Chenal Parkway. 7. S-1313-SS - Woodlands Edge Blocks 32 and 33 Preliminary Plat, located south of the existing Woodlands Edge Development. 8. S-1834 - Lot 10, Block 3, Kimball and Bodeman’s Addition Subdivision replat; located at 621 Valmar Street. 9. Z-5534-C - University and R Street Short-form PCD, located on the NW corner of N. University Avenue and R Street. 10. Z-6034-A - A Top of the Ladder Short-form PCD, located at 8405 Stanton Road. 11. Z-6488-C - KLR Properties Revised Short-form PCD, located at 12400 Cantrell Road. 12. Z-8042-D - Northwest Territory Lot 10 Revised Short-form PCD, located on the NE corner of Cantrell Road and Chenal Parkway. 13. Z-9377 - Fulmer Short-form PD-O, located at 102 Barton Street. 14. Z-9378 - 800 Town Oaks Short-form PD-C, located at 800 Town Oaks Drive. The area of affected property is subject to decrease, and the proposed new classifications are subject to a more restricted classification. For properties where a rezoning is requested, the Land Use Plan for such properties will be reviewed by the Planning staff, and the proposed land use modifications could result in a plan amendment for the site or the general area. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham Street, Little Rock, Arkansas.
