WHEREAS, on July 7, 1997, Don Allen and Jeanell Allen executed a security instrument conveying certain property therein described to U.S. Mortgage, Inc,; and WHEREAS, said instrument was duly recorded July 10, 1997, in Book No. 97, at Page 043423, and modified on April 15, 2013, Document No. 2013027663 in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, the default is due to a missed payment that was due on December 1, 2019 under the terms of the Note and indebtedness. Because of the failure to fully cure the default the indebtedness was accelerated and is wholly due.
