REQUEST FOR PROFESSIONAL LEGAL SERVICES AS NEEDED IN REPRESENTING THE MAUMELLE POLICE AND FIRE DEPARTMENTS BEFORE THE MAUMELLE CIVIL SERVICE COMMISSION.

The City of Maumelle is requesting Statements of Qualifications from legal firms that provide services that would qualify them to represent either the Maumelle Police Department or Maumelle Fire Department, if needed, in appeals of disciplinary decisions before the Maumelle Civil Service Commission.

All Statements of Qualifications received will be kept on file for a period of one (1) year to be used as a reference in the procurement of services as needed for this purpose. Two (2) copies of your Statement of Qualifications must be received by the City of Maumelle, 550 Edgewood Drive, Maumelle, AR 72113 no later than 4pm February 26, 2021 to be considered.
