CERTAIN LANDS, Petitioner: A Petition to Quiet Title was filed on December 1, 2021, on ALL that part of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20, Township 1 South, Range 13 West, more fully described as follows: commencing at the Northeast Corner of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 and run thence N 88°27’11”W along the north line thereof for 128 feet to the point of beginning; thence S 0°16’15”W parallel with the east line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 for 285.4 fee to the north right of way line of Barth Road; thence N 65”06’15” W along said north right of way for 138.57 feet to the southeast corner of property described in Saline County deed record Book 82 at Page 286; thence N 0°16’15” E along the east line of said property in Book 8 at Page 286 for 239.41 feet to the north line of said SW 1/4 SE 1/4 said point beginning 254 feet N 88°27’11” W of the northeast corner thereof; thence S 88°27’11” E for 126 feet to the point of beginning, containing 0.7 acres more or less. This notice calls on all persons who can set up any right to the land so purchased in consequences of any informality or any irregularity connected with the sale to show cause, at the first term of the Saline County Circuit Court, after the publication of the notice and give cause as to why the sale so made should not be confirmed. Commissioner of State Lands had the authority to sell, Ark. Code Ann. 26-37-310, and delivered to Petitioner a Special Warranty Deed recorded in Saline County as Instrument Number 2019-014782.
