On August 14, 2009, Elizabeth R Morris and Ty Morris executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for Centennial Bank, its successors and assigns; which was recorded August 20, 2009, Document No. 2009-15821 and re-recorded on August 26, 2009, Document No. 2009-16162, in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas.
