Friday, Eldredge & Clark announces new partners

Friday, Eldredge & Clark, LLP announced recently that three attorneys have been elected to the firm’s partnership: Angela Artherton, Katie Watson Bingham and Tyler D. Bone.

 

Angela Artherton joined the firm’s Rogers office in 2015 and serves as litigation counsel to businesses, insurance companies, school districts and individuals in commercial disputes, employment claims and insurance coverage issues. Her experience includes class action defense, noncompetition agreement disputes, corporate dissolutions, employment discrimination defense, breach of contract litigation and education law.

 

Angela graduated magna cum laude from the University of Arkansas School of Law and received her bachelor’s degree from Missouri Southern State University.

 

In 2018, Angela was selected by her attorney peers as a “Rising Star” in Mid-South Super Lawyers

 

Katie Watson Bingham joined the firm’s Trust and Estate Planning Practice Group in 2012. Her areas of practice include estate planning, estate and trust administration, estate and gift taxation, tax planning for individuals, entity formation, probate matters and formation and planning for exempt organizations.

 

She graduated with high honors from the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law and holds a master’s degree in taxation from the University of Florida.

 

Katie also serves as an adjunct professor at the UA Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law where she teaches gift tax and estate planning. Katie is a member of the Heart of America Fellows Institute of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel and a board member of the Central Arkansas Estate Council.

 

Katie has been named “Rising Star” by her peers in Mid-South Super Lawyers since 2017.

 

Tyler D. Bone joined the firm in 2012 after graduating with high honors from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock William H. Bowen School of Law. Tyler is part of the Medical Malpractice Practice Group and focuses on the defense of doctors, nurses, hospitals and other medical professionals in malpractice litigation. He has an active motion and appellate practice and has served as counsel in several medical malpractice jury trials.

 

Tyler has been named a “Rising Star” since 2015 in the area of medical malpractice defense by Mid-South Super Lawyers.
