Z-9390 - 423 N. Monroe Street; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-156 to allow an accessory structure with a reduced street side setback. Z-9391 - 1509 Winslow Drive; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a garage addition with reduced rear yard setback. Z-9392 - 10 Turtle Creek Lane; A variance is requested from the height provisions of Section 36-201 to allow a broadcast tower with increased height. Z-5508-B - 18500 Cooper Orbit Road; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-338 to allow construction of a pavilion structure with reduced front setback.
