That no demand for notice of proceedings for the appointment of an executrix of the estate has been filed herein, and the will appoints Jane Nance Wright as executrix to serve without bond 2. That Glessie Shirleen Cox, who resided at 103 West Scenic Drive, North Little Rock, Arkansas, died in North Little Rock, Arkansas on January 9, 2019. 3. That this Court has jurisdiction and venue properly lies in this County. 4. That Jane Nance Wright is a proper person and fully qualified by law to serve as Executrix of the Estate.
