NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the following applications have been documented for the Little Rock Board of Adjustment in the Board of Directors Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas on April 29, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Z-8929-A - 3 Cantrell Road; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a building addition with a reduced rear setback. Z-9410 - 111 Weston Place; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 and the building line provisions of Section 31-12 to allow a step and landing structure with reduced front setback and which crosses a front platted building line. Z-9411 - 2318 N. Palm Street; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Sections 36-254 and 36-156 to allow a new residence with reduced rear setback and an accessory structure with reduced front setbacks. Z-9412 - 5401 Sherwood Road; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a deck addition with reduced side setback. Z-3410-E - 11100 Financial Centre Parkway; A variance is requested from the height provisions of Section 36-301 to allow a flag pole which exceeds the maximum building height allowed. Z-7794-A - 5205 Hawthorne Street; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Sections 36-254 and 36-156 to allow construction of a new residence with reduced front and rear setbacks, and an accessory structure with reduced side setback and increased rear yard coverage. Z-9113-B - 2005 Argyll Cove; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 and the building line provisions of Section 31-12 to allow a residence with reduced front setback and which crosses a front platted building line. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with the Zoning and Code Enforcement Administrator.
