Wilson and Mary Ann Wilson, husband and wife, executed a mortgage conveying certain property therein described to Metro Builders Supply of Rogers, Inc., an Arkansas corporation, its successors and assigns; and WHEREAS, said mortgage was recorded on or about November 3, 2016, at Book 2016, Page 11025, in the real estate records at Lonoke County, Arkansas; and WHEREAS, default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness and the same is now, therefore, wholly due, and the holder of the debt has requested the undersigned to sell the property to satisfy said indebtedness. WHEREAS, mortgagee has complied with the conditions to exercise the power of sale as set for in ACA Sec. 18-50-103.
