Said Mortgage was recorded on April 16, 2015 in Book 15 at Page 26523 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Origin Bank by virtue of an assignment dated October 17, 2017 and recorded on October 23, 2017 as instrument number 2017-020056 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas.
