More commonly known as: 6964 SKYLINE DR, BENTON, AR 72019-8241. On July 8, 2015, DAKOTA O JOHNSON, a single man, executed a Deed of Trust in favor of C. Randall Sims, as Trustee, and to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. solely as nominee for Centennial Bank, a Corporation, as Beneficiary, which was recorded July 10, 2015, in Book 15, at Page 52054 in the real estate records of Saline County, Arkansas. Default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness, and is now wholly due. The loan is now in default. Tenants of the property may claim an interest in the real property herein. The sale will extinguish all interests in any part of the property, including existing lienholders, previous owners of the property, or tenants. Any purchaser at the sale shall pay a Trustee’s fee in addition to its bid.
