Said Mortgage was recorded on November 8, 2012 as instrument number 201212730 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to U.S. Bank National Association by virtue of an assignment dated October 13, 2017 and recorded on October 20, 2017 as instrument number 2017-10332 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas.
