NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the provisions of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, the following applications have been documented for the Little Rock Board of Adjustment in the Board of Directors Chamber, Second Floor, City Hall, Little Rock, Arkansas on October 28, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Z-9462 - 5124 “R” Street; Variances are requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow building additions with reduced side and rear setbacks. Z-9461 - 2100 Country Club Lane; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a building addition with reduced rear setback. Z-8583-A - 1606 N. Polk Street; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a porch addition with reduced front setback. Z-3258-B - 3 Yacht Club Road; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-301 to allow a building addition with a reduced front setback. Z-9463 - 1301 Rebsamen Park Road; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-320 to allow the drive-thru canopy portion of a new building with a reduced side setback. Z-9113-C - 2004 Argyll Cove, 4000 Lochridge Cove and 18900 Lochridge Drive; Variances are requested from the building line provisions of Section 31-12 and the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow construction of three (3) residences with reduced front setbacks and which cross front platted building lines. Z-9464 - 55 Chevaux Circle; A Variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a covered porch addition with reduced rear setback. Z-7610-A - 4820 Country Club Blvd.; A variance is requested from the area provisions of Section 36-254 to allow a carport addition with a reduced side setback. All interested parties may appear and be heard at said time and place. The application and other pertinent data are open and available for inspection in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. All interested parties are invited to review the application in said office and discuss the details with the Zoning and Code Enforcement Administrator.
