Wilson, Jr., as Trustee, and to Norwest Mortgage, Inc., as Beneficiary, which was recorded September 30, 1997, in Book 1997, at Page 3326 in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas. Default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness, and is now wholly due. The loan is now in default. Tenants of the property may claim an interest in the real property herein.
