Jasso, et al), between Wayne Bettoney, Plaintiff, and Michael Jasso, Amanda Nicole Tedder and Bayview Loan Servicing, Defendants, the undersigned, as Commissioner of such Court, will offer for public sale to the highest bidder at the front door or entrance of the Saline County Courthouse, on the Tuesday the 7th day of, January, 2020, commencing at 11:00 a.m., the following described real estate: Lot 48, Edgewood Subdivision, Phase 11, an Addition to the City of Bryant, Saline County, Arkansas. The terms of this sale will be cash or certified funds delivered to the Clerk by the end of business on the date of sale. The purchaser will take the property subject to all mortgages, liens and other encumbrances filed of record, including a mortgage filed of record on or about October 22, 2007, in favor of Bayview Loan Services, LLC as successor in interest to the mortgage filed by JPMorgan Chase Bank at Book 2013 at Page 032934 with the Saline County Circuit Clerk which secures a Promissory Note presently held by Bayview Loan Services, LLC in the original amount of $112,500.00.
