Said Deed of Trust was recorded on October 14, 2009 as instrument number 2009069421 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. The Deed of Trust was subsequently assigned to U.S. Bank National Association by virtue of an assignment dated September 28, 2015 and recorded on September 28, 2015 as instrument number 2015059733 in the real property records of Pulaski County, Arkansas.
