The undersigned has been appointed the Administratrix of the Estate of Sally Prickett, who died intestate, pursuant to an Order of the Pulaski County Circuit Court on April 9, 2024. This appointment was accepted on April 10, 2024 and Letters Testamentary were issued on April 11, 2024.
All persons having claims against the Estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or same shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the Estate, including claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the Decedent.
