Wilson Law Group announces executive changes

Wilson & Associates PLLC and Attorney’s Title Group LLC, both The Wilson Law Group of Little Rock affiliates, recently announced changes in the firm’s executive ranks.
According to company officials, Jillian Wilson has been named co-managing partner of Wilson & Associates and Robert M. Wilson III has been named co-managing partner of Attorney’s Title Group. They will serve as Wilson & Associates and Attorney’s Title Group co-managing partners with the firm’s current managing partner, Jennifer Wilson-Harvey.
Founded by Robert M. Wilson, Jr. in 1978, Wilson & Associates specializes in real estate, mortgage banking and financial services. The fast-growing law firm today has offices in Arkansas, Tennessee, and Mississippi. The firm’s Attorney’s Title Group was formed in 2013 by the attorneys of Wilson & Associates to operate as a full-service real estate settlement services provider.

Jillian Wilson is a partner at Wilson & Associates and serves as the supervising attorney of the local firm’s Arkansas and Mississippi foreclosure legal departments. She received her education from George Washington University (B.A. 2011) and the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D. 2013, Cum Laude). She is currently pursuing her Master of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business.
The local attorney is licensed to practice law in the states of Arkansas, Maryland, Mississippi and Tennessee. She is a member of multiple industry-related organizations including the state and local bar associations in Arkansas and Mississippi and continues to contribute to panel discussions for myriad national mortgage banking events and conferences.
“This is an exciting milestone. My goal as co-managing partner is to continue the firm’s long legacy by providing outstanding service to our clients, as well as maintain a fulfilling and positive work environment for our staff,” said Wilson, who was named partner of the firm in 2019 and thereafter appointed to the firm’s executive committee.
In addition to her work at the firm, Wilson is a member of the Student Advisory Board for her Executive MBA program at the University of Arkansas Walton College of Business. She has also contributed to the firm’s growth, including leading the development of the firm’s Mississippi default practice, establishing the firm’s annual CLE program, and supporting and participating in the firm’s Community Outreach and Involvement Committee.
Jillian is a member of the Junior League of Little Rock, and currently serves on their Advocacy Committee.
Robert Wilson is also a partner at Wilson & Associates and is the supervising attorney of Attorney’s Title Group. He received his education from Tulane University (B.A. 2009) and the University of Arkansas School of Law (J.D. 2013). He is licensed to practice law in Arkansas, Tennessee and Mississippi, and the Eighth Circuit Court of the United States.
Additionally, Wilson serves as the central Arkansas representative of the Arkansas Bar Association Young Lawyers Section, is a fellow of the Arkansas Bar Foundation, is a board member of the Pulaski County Bar Foundation, and is a member of multiple state, local, and national legal, banking and real estate associations. Robbie was named partner of the firm in 2019 and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. Robbie’s dedication and vision for both Wilson & Associates and Attorney’s Title Group has resulted in substantial business growth across the Wilson Law Group. He continues to grow Attorney’s Title Group within the real estate industry and as a pillar of the local community; notably, his leadership has led to the implementation of community-oriented programs which reduce closing fees for veterans, first responders and teachers.

Jillian and Robbie will move into their new roles, alongside Wilson-Harvey and Jack Harvey, director of Attorney’s Title Group. In their new roles, Jillian and Robbie’s responsibilities will include day-to-day management, overseeing expansion and new business opportunities, and the overall strategic direction of each firm.
