After working for several years in the transportation services industry, Bob started StrategEZ, LLC in 2009, a third-party fuel management/consulting firm, to help trucking companies’ better control fuel costs through price negotiation, network development, and compliance reporting. In 2012, Bob also served as Treasurer for the Arkansas Fayetteville Shale Transporters Association.
Mayor Dabbs stated: “Mr. Joiner’s professional experience, along with his previous involvement with various athletic organizations within the city over the past several years will be a great asset for us as a community. I admire Bob’s personal passion and commitment he has for living an active healthy lifestyle and I believe he will bring a fresh and unique perspective to the Parks Committee “
