Fiber Arts Exhibition opens in North Little Rock

November 5-11, 2018

The 2018 Arkansas Fiber Arts Exhibition opened on October 29, 2018 in the gallery at the main branch of the William F. Laman Library, in North Little Rock. This is the third year for the Fiber Arts Exhibition and the second that it will be held at the main branch of the Laman. The 2018 AR Fiber Arts Exhibition is curated by Rachel Trusty and will include fiber artists working in a variety of techniques including quilting, embroidery, dyeing, and more. The show will be on display through January 5, 2018. The exhibition and the opening reception are free to attend – no tickets are required.

 

Artists participating in the exhibition include Danny R. W. Baskin, Barbara Cade, Randi Curtis, Melissa Gill, Louise Halsey, Diane Harper, Jane Hartfield, Deborah Kuster, Melissa “Mo” Lashbrook, Holly Laws, Erin Lorenzen, James Matthews, Tina Oppenheimer, Michael Rowland, Teresa Schlabach, Rachel Trusty, Alecia Walls-Barton, Cathy Wester, and Emily Wood.
