North Pulaski Board of Realtors names 2019 ‘Realtor of the Year’

Michael Dietz, Doug Wilkinson Realty, Jacksonville, has been named 2019 Realtor of the Year by the North Pulaski Board of Realtors (NPBOR). Dietz received this award based on his service to the real estate profession and community during the current year. Dietz has over 31 years of real estate knowledge and experience and has rightfully gained the trust and respect of brokers and agents alike. His knowledge, leadership, energy, and caring heart for people make up the kind of person our industry counts on today.
Dietz is a member of the Jacksonville Lions Club; Jacksonville Partnership for Housing L.P.; Jacksonville Housing Authority Board; Jacksonville Public Facilities Board; Jacksonville and Cabot Chambers of Commerce; and Jacksonville/Cabot Real Estate Council. He is a volunteer for the Presbyterian Church assisting with clothing and sheltering the homeless; organizes and coordinates the annual Doug Wilkinson Memorial Golf Tournament; Member and Chairmen of the Deacons, Second Baptist Church, Jacksonville. Dietz has been Principal Broker of Doug Wilkinson Realty since 2011 and he currently holds the Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation. He was a Diamond level Award for Excellence recipient in 2018.
As president of the NPBOR, Dietz oversees the various committees and functions of the Board. He also serves as a board representative to CARMLS and has taken an active supporting role. Each year, Mike and the Doug Wilkinson Realty Company allow NPBOR to work jointly with them to raise funds benefiting Special Olympics Arkansas via their annual Doug Wilkinson Memorial Golf Tournament. This year, the donation total amounted to $750. Dietz is also a member of the Professional Development Committee of the Arkansas Realtors Association helping to establish policy, procedures and operations of all education offerings to Realtor members. He was instrumental in obtaining additional financial support from CARMLS advancing them to Arkansas Realtors Association “Premier Sponsor” for the annual convention and tradeshow taking place in September.
Each local board’s Realtor of the Year is recognized at the state convention, and if named state Realtor of the Year, is also recognized at the annual convention of the National Association of Realtors in November. Realtor is a federally registered collective membership mark which identifies a real estate professional who is a member of the National Association of Realtors and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
