Property in all, contains 93.13 acres, more or less. That the Plaintiff, Everett Summerville, Sr., is the lawful owner of the property herein described; that no one is in possession of said premises claiming adversely to the Plaintiff; and Plaintiff having paid the taxes, acting under color of title, the Plaintiff Everett Summerville, Sr. is entitled to have the title to this property confirmed and quieted in Plaintiff. All persons who can set up any right to the land so purchased in consequence of any informality or any irregularity connected with the sale and all persons claiming any interest in the land or lien thereon are hereby notified to make an appear in Court within 30 days of this Notice and show cause why the title of the Plaintiff herein should not be quieted and confirmed.
