On October 26, 2011, Mary Carole Bratcher executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for American Advisors Group, its successors and assigns; which was recorded November 8, 2011, Document No. 2011066430, in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to borrower(s) have failed to pay the taxes and/or maintain insurance on the subject property.
