The properties described herein where conveyed to NUNN DEVELOPMENT GROUP, INC, via Limited Warranty Deed(s) and/or Correction Warranty Deed(s) is any, issued pursuant to a tax sale conducted by the Arkansas Commissioner of State Lands, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time period for redemption having expired.
