On October 18, 2007, Kevin McIntyre and Brandi McIntyre executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as beneficiary, as nominee for Cornerstone Mortgage Center, Inc., its successors and assigns; which was recorded October 25, 2007, in Book No. 07, at Page 115866, and modified on December 7, 2016, Document No. 2016-023214 in the real estate records of Saline County, Arkansas, and modified on July 27, 2020, Document No. 2020-015698 in the real estate records of Saline County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness. Because of the failure to fully cure the default, the indebtedness was accelerated and is now wholly due.
