Default has occurred in the payment of said indebtedness, and is now wholly due.  The loan is now in default. Tenants of the property may claim an interest in the real property herein. The sale will extinguish all interests in any part of the property, including existing lienholders, previous owners of the property, or tenants. Any purchaser at the sale shall pay a Trustee’s fee in addition to its bid.
