Said Mortgage was recorded on December 22, 2015, as instrument number 201512649 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to The Money Source by virtue of an assignment dated April 25, 2022, and recorded on May 3,2022, as instrument number 2022- 05291 in the real property records of Lonoke County, Arkansas.
