NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING On February 9, 2023, at 4:00 p.m., in the Centre at University Park, 6401 W. 12th Street, pursuant to the provisions of Section 31 and 36 of the Code of Ordinances, the Little Rock Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on various proposals for the following properties:

1. S-1914-A – Lot 1, O. Jack Hartsell III, Inc. Subdivision – Replat, located at 7100 Beck Road.
2. Z-9751 – Masterminds Real Estate; LLC – Duplex – Conditional Use Permit, located at 1914 Dennison Street.
3. Z-9755 – HCS, Inc. – Duplexes – Conditional Use Permit, located at the Northwest Corner of W. 46th Street and Foster Street.
4. Z-7500-I – Hamilton Station – POD, located North of 14800 Cantrell Road.
5. Z-4156-C – GSBC – Hair Salon – PD-C, located at 5901 W. 57th Street.
6. Z-5817-L – Cantrell West Retail Center – PCD, located at 15122 Cantrell Road.
7. Z-5502-J – West Kanis Storage – Revised PD-C, located West of 17301 Kanis Road.
8. Z-9747 – York Accessory Dwelling – Conditional Use Permit, located at 319 S. Valmar Street.
9. Requested appeal of the Planning Staff’s approval of a staff-level recombination of previously platted lots; Lots 33R and 34R, Grandview Addition
(5120/5200 N. Grandview Street).

10. Z-9739 – Love Family Care Facility – special Use Permit, located at 5918 Drexel Avenue.
11. Z-9746 – Rivera Event Center – Conditional Use Permit, located at 7521 Geyer Springs Road.
12. Z-9535-A – Ranch Creek Townhomes – PD-R, located on the West side of Tulley Cove, North of 16,100 Cantrell Road.

Interested parties may participate in the public hearing to be held at the above-mentioned place and time, by registering in-person at the public hearing, or in one of the following ways:

a. No later than 24 hours prior to the public hearing time, email written comments/written statement to lrzoning@littlerock.gov, including associated item  name(s) or case number(s.) The comments/statements will be submitted for consideration to the Planning Commission.

b. The meeting may be attended in person.  The meeting will be held in the Centre at University Park, 6401 W. 12th Street.  The meeting will begin at 4:00 p.m.  For further information on meeting protocol, you may contact the Department of Planning and Development staff at (501) 371-4790, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.

Project applications and related information is available for visual review in the Department of Planning and Development, 723 West Markham, Little Rock, Arkansas. Interested parties are invited to contact the Planning and Development Department by phone at (501) 371-4790 to discuss application details or make arrangements to review available information.
