Notice is hereby given that plaintiff Donna Thomas filed an Amended Complaint in the Circuit Court of Pulaski County, Arkansas to confirm the tax sale and quiet title in the following real properties:
C. PARCEL #34L1520001000, DESCRIBED AS LOT 9, BLOCK 1, SOUTH HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
E. PARCEL #34L1520001800, 3320 W. 18TH ST., LITTLE ROCK ARKANSAS DESCRIBED AS LOT 17, BLOCK 1, SOUTH HIGHLAND SUBDIVISION, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, PULASKI COUNTY, ARKANSAS.
The Commissioner of State Lands conveyed the above-described property to Donna Thomas via Limited Warranty Deed No. 198769, Pulaski County Instrument No. 2019027183; Limited Warranty Deed No. 198770, Pulaski County Instrument No. 2019027184; both filed 5/6/2019, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time for redemption expired. The last entity to pay taxes on the above-described real property is Black Community Developers, Inc. This is notice to all persons, firms, corporations and/or improvement districts that can setup or establish any right to the real property is conveyed and forfeited to appear herein and show cause why the Court should not confirm, quiet, and vest title to the real property in fee simple.
