The Commissioner of State Lands conveyed the above-described property to Donna Thomas via Limited Warranty Deed No. 198769, Pulaski County Instrument No. 2019027183; Limited Warranty Deed No. 198770, Pulaski County Instrument No. 2019027184; both filed 5/6/2019, after the properties remained unredeemed and the time for redemption expired. The last entity to pay taxes on the above-described real property is Black Community Developers, Inc.
