The legal description of the real property listed in the affidavit is as follows: Part of the S1/2 of Lot 5, Block 3, Hyde Park Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Beginning 313 feet South and 100 feet East of the Northwest corner of the S1/2 of Lot 5, run thence North 150 feet, thence East 51 feet, thence South 150 feet; thence West 51 feet to the point of beginning.
