Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Pulaski County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described properties in Pulaski County, to wit: DESCRIPTION TRACT 10, WOODLAND VALLEY: Part of the NW 1/4 NW 1/4, Section 24, T-3-N, R-12-W, Pulaski County, Arkansas, more particularly described as follows: Commence at the Northwest corner of said Section 24; run thence East along the North line thereof a distance of 518.7 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence East a distance of 355 feet; thence S2°05'E a distance of 830 feet; thence N47°32'W a distance of 497.83 feet; thence N3°49'W a distance of 285.3 feet; thence N0°16'E a distance of 208.7 feet to the Point of Beginning and containing 5.3 acres, more or less. Located at 12343 Jacksonville Cato Road, North Little Rock, AR 72120, Parcel Number: 32R0240800100. Any person claiming any title or interest of any kind to said properties is hereby notified to appear herein on or before thirty (30) days from the first date of publication of this Notice to assert his/her/its title or interest in said properties and to demonstrate why title to these properties should not be quieted and confirmed in Wayne Allen Dillon, Petitioner herein.
