Instruments dated the 14th day of August, 2023, as the Last Will and Testament, and dated the 28th day of October, 2016 as a First Codicil thereto, and dated the 20th day of February, 2023 as a Second Codicil thereto, were, on the 15th day of May, 2023, admitted to probate as the Last Will and Testament and First and Second Codicils thereto of DORIS M. EAZARSKY, Deceased, and the undersigned has been appointed Executor thereunder. A contest of the probate of the Will can be effected only by filing a Petition within the time provided bylaw. All persons having claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this Notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate.
