Said Mortgage was recorded on January 15, 2021, as instrument number 2021-001233 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas. The Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Mortgage Solutions of Colorado, LLC, DBA Mortgage Solutions Financial by virtue of an Assignment of Mortgage or Deed of Trust dated April 21, 2023, and filed on April 25, 2023, as Document No. 2023-006957 in the office of the Circuit Clerk of Saline, County Arkansas.
