PETITION TO DETERMINE HEIRSHIP
Comes the Petitioner, Gwendolyn Ricks, surviving spouse of the decedent, by and through her attorney, Kacey Ziegler, of Nash Law Firm, P.A., and for her Petition to Determine Heirship of Fizul Imtiez Haniff, states and alleges as follows:

1. That on April 4, 2015, decedent died intestate in Pulaski County, Arkansas, at the age of 59. The decedent resided at 6500 Sandpiper, Little Rock, AR 72205.

2. That at the time of his death, the decedent was survived by the following persons which constitute the decedent's surviving heirs:

3. That at the time of decedent's death, he was survived by the following persons: See above named heirs.

4. The approximate value of the estate as assessed by the Pulaski County Assessor's Office is $204,315.00.

5. To the best of the Petitioner's knowledge and belief, no administration for the probate of the decedent's estate has been commenced or completed, and decedent died intestate.

6. To the best of the Petitioner's knowledge and belief, the decedent owned the following property located in Pulaski County, Arkansas, and for which a determination of heirship is sought: Lot 75, Section "C" Cardinal Heights Addition to the City of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas.

7. That it is anticipated that one or more of the individuals listed above may claim an interest in the property and a determination of heirship should be made by this court.

WHEREFORE, Petitioner prays that this court determines the heirship of said decedent and the respective interests and rights of the heirs and distributes in his estate and property.
