You are required to file a written Answer to the petition within forty (40) days following the first publication date. This matter is currently scheduled for hearing on status of service on August 7, 2023. On or after the fortieth (40th) day following publication, the Court will schedule a hearing to determine whether further action to require Defendant to submit the minor child to genetic testing.
