On October 31, 2000, Alvin Conley Cox, Jr executed a security instrument in favor of Pulaski Mortgage Company; which was recorded November 6, 2000, Document No. 2000078501, in the real estate records of Pulaski County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness.
