On August 26, 2016, Jacob A Vaughan executed a security instrument in favor of Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., as mortgagee, as nominee for First Financial Bank, its successors and assigns; which was recorded September 23, 2016, Document No. 201614733, in the real estate records of Faulkner County, Arkansas. A default has occurred due to the failure to make timely payments as required under the terms of the Note and indebtedness.
