COMPLAINT FOR DIVORCE
Comes now the Plaintiff, Nancy Kaye Cook, pro se, and for a Complaint for Divorce filed herein against the defendant, Philip Ray Conner, respectfully states and alleges:
1. That the plaintiff is a resident of Pulaski County, Arkansas and has been for at least sixty (60) days prior to the commencement of this cause of action and lives in the above-captioned county. Under Ark. Code Ann. 9-12-301(b), this court has jurisdiction over the parties and this cause of action; venue is proper in this county pursuant to Ark. Code Ann. 9-12-303(a).
2. That the plaintiff and defendant were lawfully married on 11th day of July, 2011 in Houston, Arkansas and lived together as husband and wife until they separated on or about 16th day of May, 2014; the parties have continued to live separate and apart since that date.
3. That plaintiff is entitled to an absolute divorce on the grounds of general indignities pursuant to Ark. Code Ann.9-12-301(5): General indignities.
4. That the plaintiff's cause of action occurred within the State of Arkansas, and within five (5) years last past before the commencement of this
action.
5. That there are no minor child(ren) of the marriage and none are expected.
6. That there are no martial property or debts to be adjudicated.
WHEREFORE, plaintiff prays that she be granted an absolute divorce from the defendant; and for all other just and proper relief to which she is entitled.
