The undersigned was appointed Administrator of the Estate of the above-named decedent on December 4, 2023. An instrument dated December 3, 2019, was admitted to probate on December 4, 2023, as the Last Will and Testament of Joan V> Perkins, deceased, and the undersigned has been appointed Executor thereunder. Contest of the probate of the will can be effected only by filing a petitions within the time provided by law. All persons having any claims against the estate must exhibit them, duly verified, to the undersigned within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of this notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit in the estate. Claims for injury or death caused by the negligence of the decedent shall be filed within six (6) months from the date of the first publication of notice, or they shall be forever barred and precluded from any benefit on such estate.
