Said Mortgage was recorded on January 20, 2015 in Book 2015, Page 4434 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas. Said Mortgage was subsequently assigned to Nationstar Mortgage LLC D/B/A Mr. Cooper by virtue of an assignment dated March 29, 2022 and recorded on March 29, 2022 as Instrument No. 2022-007313 in the real property records of Saline County, Arkansas.
