NOTICE OF QUIET TITLE ACTION
Notice is hereby given that a Petition has been filed in the office of the Circuit Court Clerk, Civil Division of Faulkner County, Arkansas, to quiet and confirm title in and to the following described property in Faulkner County, Arkansas: A part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-One (21), Township Five (5) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, described as beginning at a point 255.5 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) and running thence South 25 feet; thence West 66 feet; thence North 25 feet; thence East 66 feet to the point of beginning; and East one-half of Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter of Southeast Quarter (E1/2, SE1/4, SE1/4, SE1/4) Section Sixteen (16), Township Five (5) North, Range Thirteen (13) West, that lies South of the Jacksonville Road to contain .1 of an acre, more or less. Any person claiming any title or any interest of any kinds to said property is hereby notified to appear in the Faulkner County Circuit Court, 1st Division, Courtroom 2B, 510 S. German Lane, Conway, AR 72034, before Judge Susan K. Weaver on or before April 10, 2024 to assert his/her title or interest in said property, and to demonstrate why title to this property should not be quieted and confirmed in Samuel Bunting, Plaintiff herein.
